About The Position
ISCAR USA, a dynamic and innovative cutting tool company, has an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our Order Entry team at our corporate office in Arlington, TX. Customer contact is by phone and e-mail. Primary duties consist of accurate order/data entry and responding to customer questions/requests in a pleasant and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good reasoning and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast to medium paced work environment
- Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills
- Dependable and committed to scheduled adherence expectations
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
