Requirements

  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure

  • Experience in call center, collections, repossession, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments by phone and online
  • Provide in-person assistance, including one-on-one interactions with debtors
  • Professionally de-escalate tense or sensitive situations
  • Perform data entry and basic computer tasks
  • Manage clerical duties (filing, printer, copier, scanner)
