About The Position

Midas is looking for the next generation of leaders through our Manager in Training (MIT) program. This program will provide you with the skills needed to succeed professionally and personally, focusing on leadership, customer experience, and sales. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, consulting with customers, following up on services, discussing pricing, and promoting shop specials. You will also lead, manage, and train the team while overseeing technicians' inspections, diagnosing and repairing vehicles, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility. No automotive experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting with customers
  • Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
  • Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials
  • Lead, manage, and train team while keeping in tune with our companies’ vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
  • Oversee technicians’ inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks
  • Maintain inventory counts
  • Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
  • Other duties as assigned
