About The Position

ENERGY Transportation Group is currently looking to add a Client Success Representative to its LaSalle team. Please note this is an in-office position. As a CSR, you will work closely with our Clients and Operations Team to support the day-to-day operations of their accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and essential industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-year experience in Customer Service in the transport/logistics industry, ideally.
  • Quality/customer focus, empathy, and an ability to maintain and build lasting-relationships, is a must.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve all issues.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Quick learner who is successful at multi-tasking.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Must be available to work one-full weekend per month from 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.
  • Fluency in French and English, oral and written, is required (since we do business with clients based in Canada and the United States, knowledge of both languages is not only important but a major asset for us).

Responsibilities

  • Order-Entry using Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Follow shipments throughout the transit time to ensure that we have full visibility.
  • Confidently problem solve issues such as a missed pick-up, late delivery, damaged freight or incorrect billing.
  • Escalate any unresolved issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with shippers and consignees to meet all client’s requirements.
  • Manage Client Portals with timely updates to keep our clients informed of shipment status.
  • Work with the Finance Department to ensure the billing cycle can be completed.
