About The Position
Speedy Delivery LLC is looking for a Customer Service Representative in San Francisco. This individual is detailed, well-spoken, reliable, and enjoys tracking problems and speaking with customers. They possess excellent customer service skills and remain calm under pressure when juggling multiple calls. A High School diploma or GED equivalent and customer service experience are required, along with proficiency with computers and technology. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring delivery completions.
- Enforce company policies with delivery teams.
- Communicate daily with customers to get feedback about delivery.
- Address customer service issues, complaints and answer questions.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Monitor surveys and reports to escalate customer complaints and driver training issues as needed.
