About The Position
This role keeps product moving: received, stored across temperature-controlled environments, and shipped to customers. My client's North American operations run through its Waltham facility.
Requirements
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Cold-chain or temperature-controlled storage experience
- Comfortable moving palletized freight with powered lifters
- Working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce
- US work authorization required.

Responsibilities
- Receive and store materials at ambient, 4°C, -20°C, and -80°C
- Assemble kits and pack shipments, from dry-ice boxes to 200kg pallets
- Run put-away, inventory counts, and expiration tracking
- Prepare domestic and international shipping documents and coordinate with couriers and suppliers
- Process orders in NetSuite and Salesforce and support customers on shipping, returns, and exchanges
