As a Customer Service Representative III, you will be handling customer inquiries regarding our mortgage loan products. You will also handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients. Following a scripted presentation, you will perform a basic level of lead qualification. You will contact prospective clients to generate interest in our mortgage products. You will communicate effectively over the phone with the ability to escalate customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments. You will field customer mortgage inquiries and generate potential interest in refinance opportunities. You will transfer potential leads to available Loan Officers. You will enter client data into the AmeriHome Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
