Under general supervision, the Customer Service Representative II ensures customer expectations are accurately determined and are fully met. The Customer Service Representative II may provide guidance to less experienced Customer Service Representatives or may support specific customer(s). This role involves handling customer orders, influencing gross profit through negotiation, adjusting pricing to meet competitive demands while maximizing profit, building customer relationships, ordering items to maintain inventory levels, expediting backorders, and sourcing products. The representative will also determine cost-effective shipping methods, handle customer returns, and assist less experienced representatives with customer needs. Additionally, they will respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and handle order entry, potentially managing more challenging inquiries due to experience and training.
