About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative II, you will handle receipt of customer orders, resolving any missing, ambiguous or non-standard customer requirements. This will include entering orders into the business system and following up with customers regarding order changes. This is a fully remote, Full-time position within the United States with M-F business hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of in a B2B Customer Service phone environment
  • Experience documenting customer issues in detail and accountability in all tasks, ensuring follow-up on customer issues
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel experience
  • Strong written & verbal communication

Nice To Haves

  • Organizational skills are highly desired
  • Experience with SAP is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work within a team with responsibility for all regions within the US for customer support
  • Deliver accuracy in all phases of order entry, debits, credits and returns
  • Provide flexible support to multiple duties at one time
  • Learn product lines and be able to assist with any Customer Service calls to provide support
  • Counsel Customers on basic information concerning return policies, availability, packaging, price and general information found on product literature
  • Utilize the CAIR program for resolutions on general comments and complaints
