Excellent attention to detail
Intermediate/Advanced-level computer knowledge and software proficiency in MS Office and Excel
Effective written and oral skills with the ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions
Ability to remain pleasant under extreme pressure and during difficult circumstances
Ability to be cheerful, trustworthy, and loyal to those who are absent

Responsibilities

Answering incoming customer and representative calls –phone system accountability.
Contact sales reps with questions to complete the order or quote.
Design, quote and process orders for custom paper products.
Address dealers’ questions on shipped orders.
Maintain and clean and professional workspace
Works with various departments to fulfill the customer’s needs over the phone.
Enters rework orders, change orders, and updates to orders timely.
Applies credits, and processes reprints.
Develops and maintains relationship with customers.
Maintains a minimum standard of performance as measured by the department. These measurements may change from time to time and shall be clearly communicated to the rep.
Demonstrate respect for the potential and significance of every individual on the team.
