This position requires candidates to reside in the Virginia Beach or Hampton Roads area and be able to travel on-site if connectivity issues arise. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming calls to address issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues, or patient services needs such as updating billing information, establishing payment plans, resolving payment inquiries, or patient scheduling.
