Guardian Rail is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role involves coordinating maintenance events (repair, paint/coating, cleaning) on railcars to meet FRA, AAR, customer, and Guardian Rail requirements. The representative will serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring customer expectations are communicated to the production team and that cars progress through the production process to meet those expectations. This position requires understanding and maintaining Customer Service KPI metrics, evaluating enroute notifications, and preparing and maintaining railcar files with all necessary documentation.
