Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required with prior experience in customer services.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in both verbal and written communications to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
  • Familiar with customer service relation and principles.
  • Highly motivated, focused on results, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Customer Service and Account Management
  • Receive, analyze, and confirm demand for export customers
  • Understand customers budget needs
  • Accurately invoice based on Incoterms
  • Process PODs based on Bill of Landing
  • Effectively collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and build relationships based on trust and respect
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate customers need fulfillment - repacks, mixing operation, etc.
  • Collect and analyze data to learn more about consumer expectations
  • Maintain accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
  • Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes through customer feedback
  • Collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
  • Collaborate with the logistics team for a seamless outbound shipping and delivery process
  • Collaborate with sales to support sales forecasting
  • Process international sample requests
  • Coordinate and facilitate intercompany customer meetings
  • Provide accurate shipping confirmations based on sailing schedule
  • Other duties as assigned
