About The Position

This is a remote position for a Customer Service Representative I, located in Lenexa, KS. While the role is primarily remote, candidates must reside near Lenexa, KS, as there will be periodic on-site work requirements. The position operates Tuesday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The pay range is $17.20+ per hour, with potential shift differentials for second and third shifts. Salary offers are determined by factors such as relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and market/organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.

  • Candidates must reside near Lenexa KS as there will be some requirements to periodically work On-site.

Responsibilities

  • Answers and resolves telephone inquiries/requests initiated by customers or prospective customers in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.
