About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to help users navigate the Redfin and Rent websites and mobile app. This role involves assisting users with website and app navigation via calls and the Zendesk ticketing system, troubleshooting technical bugs, collaborating with agents and customers to ensure website data accuracy, and assisting customers with account maintenance. The primary goal is to ensure a world-class customer service experience by seeing issues through to resolution.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctual, able to work independently as well as in a group, and capable of handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • A commitment to the customer, no matter the issue.
  • A fun, caring, and humble attitude.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance to Seattle, WA.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing system, AWS phone system, and Slack is a plus.
