In this role, you will support members and providers by responding to inquiries related to health insurance benefits, claims, and eligibility. Requirements

  • 1+ year of recent call center customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel)
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Handle 50–60 inbound calls per day from members and healthcare providers
  • Assist with inquiries related to claims, benefits, and eligibility
  • Navigate multiple systems to research and provide accurate information
  • Document all interactions clearly and efficiently
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and timely customer support
  • Resolve issues while meeting internal quality and service standards
