About The Position
WMCB is hiring part-time Float CSR's. This position would travel between our Hudsonville and Jenison branches with potential to travel to other branch locations. It is a great way to start your banking career!! The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Representative is to complete all customer transactions in a fast, accurate and courteous manner, whether on the phone or in person. Provide customer service in a professional manner. Suggests / makes introductions for cross selling and referral of bank products and services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional customer service experience
Nice To Haves
- Cash handling experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Process various financial transactions for customers
- Answer customer questions
- Cross-sell and refer products and services whenever possible
- Knowledge and understanding of the bank’s products and services and the benefits they offer to the customer
- Accurate balancing of cash drawer
