About The Position
Growing Company has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative- Dispatcher to work evenings and weekend shifts from 10:30 am - 6:00 pm and or 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (approx. 35-40 hours/week. Looking for a reliable dispatcher who has experience scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians to service calls. We are located off of 26 mile and County Line road, you must live with in 20 minutes of our location.

Responsibilities
- Providing friendly services to customers & company departments offering enthusiastic guidance to customers & employees, assisting & maintaining quality and organization.
- Keeping data and records up to date including spreadsheet information.
- Answering multi-line telephone system.
- Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program.
- Assist with general office and administrative functions including (but not limited to) filing, faxing, marketing, and cold calling customers.
