Requirements

  • Previous customer service and/or dispatching experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Make follow-up calls to customers from the prior day for quality assurance
  • Contact maintenance customers to schedule service visits
  • Call customer lists to promote services and special offers
  • Respond to and follow up on customer reviews (positive and negative)
  • Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer support
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently
  • Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding appointment updates
  • Ensure all jobs are properly entered, tracked, and completed in the system
  • Help optimize daily schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
