About The Position

SolvOne is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative Dispatcher to join our growing team. We provide 24/7/365 service for clients in the Petroleum Industry. When a gas station requires maintenance, our CSRs dispatch a technician to the location. This role offers the opportunity to work from home, saving commute time and costs. Paid training begins in early June, and set schedules are available. We foster a positive work environment with opportunities for internal growth.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong internet connection and ability to set up a home office with company-provided equipment.
  • Must be a resident of Oregon or SW Washington.
  • Positive attitude, great work ethic, and a passion for helping others.
  • Dependable and committed to being on time and ready to work.
  • Dedicate full attention to work without providing care for others during work hours.
  • Ability to learn new information, policies, and skills including software and petroleum industry knowledge.
  • Organized and accurate approach, strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet navigation.
  • Ability to work at a desk and effectively utilize a phone and computer for the length of the shift.
  • Successfully pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, and the trial service period.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities
