About The Position

Robertson Electric is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily schedules, communicating with customers, and dispatching technicians efficiently to ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and excels at multitasking while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, logistics, or administrative support preferred
  • Hands-on experience using ServiceTitan software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch/scheduling software
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, construction, transportation, service, or logistics industries
  • Familiarity with GPS routing and dispatch systems
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle inbound customer calls, emails, and service requests
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on customer needs, technician availability, and operational priorities
  • Utilize ServiceTitan software daily for scheduling, dispatching, customer account management, and job tracking
  • Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to customers and field personnel
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, schedules, dispatch logs, and customer interactions
  • Coordinate closely with operations and field teams to ensure services are completed efficiently and on time
  • Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
  • Assist with administrative duties including data entry, reporting, and document management
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while remaining calm and professional in high-volume situations
