Job Overview We’re looking for a proactive and organized Customer Service/Dispatcher to support our growing HVAC service team. In this key role, you’ll handle incoming calls, schedule technicians efficiently, and ensure our customers receive prompt, professional service. You’ll be the bridge between homeowners and field techs, making sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.
