About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for any of our internal or external customers. This individual will work onsite and is responsible for answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, data entry, and general administrative office duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Light accounting experience prefered
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic/entry level understanding of computers

  • Experience with PestPac
  • Inbound Sales Experience
  • Lead sourcing experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of calls, emails, voicemails, and web requests.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of our services to help meet the needs of our customers.
  • Schedule appointments for technicians and the sales department as requested by customers.
  • Provide information to prospects and initiate new services.
  • Enter service-related notes in system software.
  • Provide assistance to the sales department.
