About The Position

The Business Development Center (BDC) plays a vital role in connecting all areas of the dealership. Working closely with our Clients and Service Advisors, you’ll quickly grasp the inner workings of the automotive industry. This role is for exceptional, innovative, and passionate individuals who want to grow with Zimbrick. No automotive experience is necessary. This is a customer service expert seeking to build a career with excellent opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions as well as phone, emails, chat and SMS/Texting.
  • Utilize strong listening and interpersonal skills, assess customer’s needs, and document vehicle concerns.
