Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience
- Demonstrated skills with computer systems and applications (Apple, Androids)
- Autonomy, dynamism and strong communication skills
- Good computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite and others
- [Bilingual (French and English)] - Requires answering calls and providing service to an English-speaking clientele on a regular basis.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a call centre environment (asset)
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls by demonstrating unparalleled customer service.
- Respond to customer questions and adjust related to their customer’s account.
- Promote self-service by helping and guiding customers through the various tools available online or on their mobile application.
- Send documents or copies of policies to clients.
- Respond to the various customer needs related such as answering general questions, proceeding with re-enrollment after a cancellation and solving problems encountered by customers.
