About The Position

All In One Employment Services is currently hiring on behalf of a valued fragrance manufacturing company client located in the heart of Downtown Miami. We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, and experienced in handling customer accounts, order processing, and client communications with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

Bilingual: English and Spanish required
Strong Microsoft Excel skills required (advanced data entry, spreadsheets, formulas, reporting)
Previous customer service experience required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

Experience in fragrance manufacturing, personal care products, cosmetics, beauty, or similar consumer products is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service support to clients, distributors, and internal teams
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in both English and Spanish
Process orders, invoices, shipping updates, returns, and product inquiries
Maintain accurate customer records and order information in company systems
Use Microsoft Excel fluently for reporting, data entry, order tracking, and inventory coordination
Collaborate with sales, production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Assist with product documentation, account updates, and customer follow-up
Support daily office and administrative customer service functions
