Requirements

  • Over 3 and up to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Broad knowledge of Mayfran products and applications, and ability to solve mechanical and electrical repair issues.
  • Epicor, CRM, MS Office.

  • Answers customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email.
  • Quotes customer and dealer requests; parts and metalworking parts.
  • Enters customer orders.
  • Expedites orders; tracks, traces and follows up with customers.
  • Works with production and scheduling to prepare belt orders and material requirements planning.
  • Provides assistance and support to sales, engineering, customer service, shipping, inventory control, etc.
  • Provides maintenance and implementation of inventory and production control procedures.
  • Examines orders for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assigns product, area, market channel of sales, and other codes as required.
  • Assigns commission distribution.
  • Obtains credit approval and shipping commitment.
  • Maintains necessary records and reports as required.
  • Processes change orders.
  • Prepares quotation for standard price book parts.
  • Maintains credibility and documentation of parts orders.
