Provides order status and information support to customers. Enters customer purchase orders into accounting and scheduling system. Acts as customer representative to other internal departments and as a corporate representative to the customer. Works with Sales Engineers to communicate all aspects of customer orders with customer. Assists the Sales Manager in all duties and other tasks as assigned. Enters parts orders and confirm with customers. Generates quotes in business system from Service Reports. Follows-up on customer to submit purchase orders for service quotes. Converts quotes to order. Prepares credit paperwork for review and approval. Other duties as assigned.
