About The Position

Customer Service Representatives answer customer phone calls, take and process orders, and prepare pizzas while providing friendly service in person and over the phone. The role may be part-time or full-time and offers flexible hours in a fast-paced store environment. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members may have opportunities to advance into management or other roles within the company.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Understand and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; use a calculator if needed.
Make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Coordinate eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for most tasks, walking short distances, lifting and carrying supplies, and reaching, bending, crouching, or occasionally climbing.
Work independently and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Use hands continuously for tasks such as shaping dough, handling pizza tools, and assembling pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload and move deliveries; stock shelves and supplies.
Perform other store tasks such as removing trash, cleaning, and occasional maintenance.
