About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a customer service representative with strong people skills to process customer orders and support store operations. The role includes receiving and processing telephone orders, preparing products, stocking ingredients, operating store equipment, taking inventory, completing related paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may offer opportunities to advance from customer service into management and other roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone, use near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks, perceive depth, and differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Make correct monetary change.
