About The Position

Customer Service Reps at Domino’s Pizza take and process customer orders, support food preparation and stocking, and help maintain equipment and the facility. The role includes operating equipment, receiving ingredients and placing them in storage or work areas, preparing products, taking inventory, completing associated paperwork, and communicating with customers and co-workers by phone and in person. Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Pass a background check.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Have motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
