About The Position
The Customer Service Representative greets customers, answers phones, provides customer service, and prepares pizzas quickly and accurately. The role includes taking orders, processing payments, following product recipes and procedures, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and a professional appearance. The schedule is described as flexible, with availability needed when the team is busiest, including weekends and holidays. The position is open to applicants at least 16 years old and may offer opportunities for growth into management. Weekly pay is offered.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
- Be a team player, arrive on time, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Be willing to work when the team needs support, including weekends and holidays.
- Follow applicable grooming standards and food preparation procedures.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in person and by phone.
- Operate the cash register and collect payments.
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing and back-of-store areas.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
