About The Position

The Customer Service Rep serves customers and supports the daily operations of a Domino’s Pizza location. The role involves communicating with customers and coworkers, taking and processing orders in person and by telephone, preparing products, handling ingredients and inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Pass a background check.
• Comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take and process orders in person and over the phone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
