About The Position
This role involves taking customer orders, answering questions, and using suggestive selling techniques. The representative will handle phone calls efficiently, ensuring orders are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Maintaining a clean work environment, including the phone and customer area, is essential. The position also requires repeating orders back to customers, informing them of delivery times, and thanking them for their business. Customer service standards extend to carry-out customers as well. Additionally, the role may involve assisting with pizza making, stocking makelines and soda coolers, and taking payments from carry-out customers when directed by management. Maintaining company image standards and assisting the safe delivery specialist with store cleanliness and maintenance are also part of the duties. Occasional tasks may include folding boxes and box topping. The work environment is indoors with heat from cooking.

Responsibilities
