About The Position

Digital Moviola is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client support role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A self-motivated and disciplined approach to working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and telephone.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within company guidelines.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution to solve it.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring a seamless handover and follow-up.
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our product, marketing, and technical teams to improve our services.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and meeting performance targets.
