About The Position

Our Garner, NC office is looking for a friendly, communicative, and team-spirited person to help us take fantastic care of our customers. Our plumbers don't actually have eight arms, but the amazing work they complete will make you think they do! We're Sola Plumbing, and our family-owned company has been providing top-notch residential services to local neighborhoods since 2008. Requirements

2+ years experience required
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Responsibilities

Working 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Answering phone calls and making service appointments
Treating clients respectfully and providing amazing customer service
Strategically dispatching employees to upcoming jobs based on location and skill set
Posting on our social media regularly and professionally responding to comments
Tackling administrative duties as needed
