The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Bank First is responsible for fostering customer relationships by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products and services. This role involves opening and maintaining various deposit accounts (DDA, SAV, COD, IRA, HSA), processing teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service. The CSR is expected to uphold a high level of professionalism, adhere to all bank and federal guidelines, and continually develop product knowledge. Additional duties may include assisting with unauthorized entries/fraud, performing customer research, ordering debit cards, supporting Safe Deposit Boxes, preparing wire transfer documents, notary services, balancing the ATM, and processing overdrafts.
