About The Position
Domino's Pizza is seeking adaptable, self-motivated candidates with a passion for customer service. The role offers an opportunity to learn and grow in a fun and energetic environment. Hours are listed as FT-PT Flex. The work environment may involve exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather during trash removal and other outside tasks; temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees or higher in some work areas; sudden temperature changes; food odors; cornmeal dust; cramped spaces such as a walk-in cooler; hot surfaces and tools from ovens reaching 500 degrees or higher; and sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. The role requires talking and hearing on the telephone, near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces. The employee must be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
