About The Position
This position involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The role requires strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations and monetary change, excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing, and good motor coordination for precise and rapid movements. The ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry and to comprehend and follow written instructions is also necessary. Effective verbal communication with customers and co-workers is essential for processing orders both over the phone and in person.
Requirements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Responsibilities
