About The Position

This role involves operating all necessary equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. The position also requires cleaning equipment and the facility on an approximate daily basis. Key skills include accurate and quick calculation abilities (with or without a calculator), making correct monetary change, strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing, and excellent motor coordination for precise and rapid movements. The ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, comprehend and give written instructions, and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers is essential. Responsibilities extend to delivering products by car to customer doors, distributing flyers and door hangers, and utilizing navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. The driver must also be able to navigate various delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying product.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.

Responsibilities
