About The Position
The Customer Service Rep supports restaurant operations by taking customer orders over the phone and in person, providing friendly service, and helping prepare and serve high-quality pizzas. The role also assists Pizza Makers and helps maintain food safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Make high-quality pizzas.
- Maintain food and portion control.
- Follow hygiene and food safety practices.
- Prepare food.
- Take customer orders by phone and in person.
- Upsell products.
- Handle customer concerns.
- Greet customers within 10 seconds.
- Handle cash.
- Keep the customer area clean and perform general cleaning duties.
- Assist Pizza Makers with toppings and dough.
