About The Position
The Customer Service Rep makes pizzas and other products, tends the oven, takes orders, assists customers, prepares products for rush periods, and cleans equipment and the store daily. The position offers flexible part-time hours. The work is primarily performed standing, with some walking and occasional sitting for paperwork. Duties involve frequent reaching and continuous hand use, including shaping dough and handling pizza tools and boxes. The role also involves lifting and carrying ingredients and supplies, moving trays on dollies, bending, occasional crouching or squatting, and infrequent stair or ladder use.
Requirements
- Ability to perform work primarily while standing and to walk short distances.
- Ability to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and place items on shelves up to 72 inches high.
- Ability to carry supplies and dough trays, push or pull trays on dollies, and perform frequent reaching and hand tasks.
- Ability to bend, occasionally crouch or squat, and infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
- Eye-hand coordination and ability to grasp and use a pizza cutter, pizza peel, cans, telephone, and pizza boxes.
