About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with outgoing personalities and strong people skills. Team members may have opportunities to grow into management or other roles. The position involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility daily. Team members communicate with customers and coworkers in person and over the phone, enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen, and handle monetary transactions accurately. The description also includes navigating delivery areas and sites while carrying products.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years old.
Have an outgoing personality.
Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Be able to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Have motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare all products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility daily.
Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Make correct monetary change.
Navigate addresses and delivery sites within the designated delivery area while carrying products.
