About The Position

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for new member sales and ensuring a positive member experience. This role involves handling all front desk tasks, including greeting potential members, managing info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, conducting club tours, and processing account changes. The representative will also facilitate member service issues, forwarding them to the Club Manager or Assistant Manager as needed, and contribute to maintaining the club's neatness and cleanliness. Shift expectations include four 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of one hour dedicated to deep cleaning and one hour to continued training.

Responsibilities

  • Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience
  • Handle all front desk related takes, info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours, have the ability to handle any changes need to be made to a members account
  • Facilitate member services issues and question and forward to Club Manager/Assistant manager as needed
  • Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club
  • Deep cleaning (1 hour minimum per shift)
  • Continued Training (1 hour minimum per shift)
