About The Position

Customer Service Reps help prepare and process pizza orders while delivering customer service in the store. The role includes operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, receiving telephone orders, and cleaning the equipment and facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position involves frequent standing, walking, reaching, and hand use, along with lifting and carrying supplies and working around hot equipment and varying temperatures. The posting describes schedules that may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the described physical activities, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying, pushing and pulling, reaching, bending, and occasional climbing or squatting.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders, including communicating with customers in person and by phone.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Make and label boxes.
• Unload bulk deliveries using a hand truck and place cases on shelves.
• Perform other store team-member duties, including outside tasks such as removing trash.
