About The Position
The Customer Service Rep helps deliver Domino’s high-quality pizzas and provides customer service. The role involves taking orders by phone and in person, greeting customers promptly, addressing customer concerns, handling cash, and keeping the customer area clean. It also includes food preparation, portion control, hygiene and food safety, general cleaning, upselling, and assisting Pizza Makers with toppings and dough.
