About The Position

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for customers. You help create a welcoming experience by providing excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude while representing the Domino’s brand. The role involves taking orders, preparing products to company standards, maintaining store cleanliness and food safety, and supporting store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older; a work permit is required in some locations.
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
