About The Position

The Customer Service Rep handles customer interactions by phone and in person, enters and fulfills orders, responds to customer concerns, upsells, and completes cash transactions for customers picking up food. The role also includes preparing pizzas, sandwiches, and other food items; following hygiene and food-safety practices; and cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the store.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Food Handler’s Card where applicable by law.
• Able to answer phones in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers by phone and in person.
• Enter and fulfill specific orders.
• Attend to customer concerns.
• Upsell products.
• Complete cash transactions with customers picking up food orders.
• Prepare pizzas, sandwiches, and other food items.
