About The Position

Develops and maintains good customer relations by providing and assuring high performance customer service. Coordinates sales orders with manufacturing schedules. Directly involved with all customer concerns and assists and is responsible for resolving noted issues. Receive customer orders by either fax or telephone. Advise customers about order scheduling and delivery dates. Coordinate customer orders with the manufacturing division’s production capabilities. Other duties that may be assigned on an as-required basis.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multi tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work with the highest degree of accuracy
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with management, production employees and customers
  • Capable of learning new skills as needed
  • Must be detail oriented

Nice To Haves

  • A two-year degree in Accounting, Business Administration or commensurate work experience
