About The Position
The Customer Service Rep handles customer interactions and orders by phone and in person, addresses customer concerns, upsells, and processes cash transactions for customers picking up food. The role also includes preparing pizzas, sandwiches, and other food items; following hygiene and food-safety practices; and cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the store.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers by phone and in person.
- Enter and fulfill specific orders.
- Attend to customer concerns.

- Complete cash transactions with customers picking up food orders.
